Our credentials

Digby Brown Solicitors claim to be the number one law firm of personal injury lawyers in Scotland. We have detailed below some of the reasons behind why we believe this.

Top ranked personal injury firm in Scotland

Digby Brown has been top-ranked in Chambers & Partners for the last 19 years, and in The Legal 500 for the last 15 years.

What does that mean?  These directories are the who’s who of the legal sector across the United Kingdom, with dedicated sections covering each region and area of expertise. They are compiled by interviewing other legal firms and associated organisations and finding out who they regard as experts in any chosen legal field.

The Law Society of Scotland, our governing body, ranks 14 of the partners and 7 of the associates in the firm as specialists in the field of personal injury and around a half of all the personal injury lawyers in Scotland listed by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) work at Digby Brown.
