Simone Smith

Simone graduated from Strathclyde University with an LLB (Honours) in 1999, obtaining her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2000. She completed her legal training in a small specialist personal injury practice, qualifying as a solicitor in 2002. She continued in practice with the firm for a number of years, thereafter moving to another specialist personal injury firm.  

Simone left legal practice for a period to work within the public sector and has recently returned to private practice. She joined Digby Brown in November 2022 and is based within our Non Accidental Injury Team in the Glasgow Office. She deals with Criminal Injuries and historic abuse cases.

Simone sits as a member of the Children’s Panel in Glasgow.
