Simon Dempsey

Simon joined Digby Brown Solicitors as a trainee solicitor in 2016, having completed his LLB Degree at the University of Edinburgh and his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde. He became a Senior Solicitor in 2022.

Simon is based in the Digby Brown Edinburgh Office and deals with a wide range of personal injury cases including road traffic accidents, employer's liability, public liability and occupier's liability. He has experience in the Sheriff Court, All-Scotland Personal Injury Court and Court of Session.
