Richard Pitts

Richard graduated from Napier University in 2010 after studying law in the evenings whilst working for a charity as an advocacy worker.

After completing the Diploma at Edinburgh, he joined the Foreign & Travel Department at Digby Brown's Edinburgh office as a trainee in 2012. He now works as a Partner within our Non-Accidental Injury team.

As well as dealing with claims arising from non-recent abuse, Richard also specialises in claims arising from assaults, road rage and applications for Armed Forces and Criminal Injuries Compensation.

He is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Richard is also an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.
