Louise Moffat

Louise joined Digby Brown in 2015, having completed the accelerated Law Degree and Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. Louise also holds an Honours degree in Sociology from the University of Aberdeen.

Louise qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and works within the firm’s Network Department based in our Edinburgh Office. She became a Senior Solicitor in 2022.

Louise deals with a wide variety of cases including workplace accidents, road traffic accidents and general accidents involving public liability and occupier’s liability. She has experience in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session and regularly deals with cases referred by other firms of solicitors. She is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
