Justyna Rompca

Justyna Rompca is an experienced solicitor specialising in personal injury cases with an international element. Originally from Poland, she earned her Master’s degree in Law from Gdańsk University in 2009 before moving to Scotland to further her legal career.

She joined Digby Brown in 2012 and completed an accelerated LLB at the University of Edinburgh, followed by a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow in 2014.

As an Associate within our Foreign and Travel Department, Justyna handles a wide range of cases, including road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, and incidents abroad. She has represented clients in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session and is based in our Edinburgh office.

Justyna is also a Notary Public and an active member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL). She regularly attends national conferences to stay at the forefront of legal developments in personal injury law.
