Jennifer Whitten

Jennifer joined Digby Brown in 2019 as a trainee solicitor after graduating from the University of Strathclyde with an LLB (Hons) in Scots Law and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.

Whilst at university, Jennifer received mentorship from the Rt. Hon Lord McEwan and worked alongside him in both the Court of Session and High Court. During her Diploma year, Jennifer was accepted on to the Faculty of Advocates Mini-Devilling Programme.

Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in September 2021 and has since continued her career in pursuer personal injury work.

Jennifer is based at Digby Brown’s Ayr office and is part of the firm’s Network department. Jennifer deals with a wide variety of personal injury cases including Workplace Accidents, Road Traffic Accidents, Cycling Accidents and Accidents in Public Places.
