Fraser Oliver
Chief Executive
Fraser is a partner and has been Chief Executive of Digby Brown LLP since 2013.
Fraser ran the Dundee office of Digby Brown until 2002. He moved to Glasgow and was the head of the firm's Union Department from 2002 until 2008. In 2008 he was appointed to Digby Brown's Executive Board before taking on his current role. He works in both our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
Fraser is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Under Fraser’s leadership Digby Brown won Scottish law firm of the year for the first time in 2015. It has now held the title four times. It has been litigation firm of the year in three out of the last four years.
Digby Brown is the only firm in Scotland to be ranked number 1 for personal injury expertise by the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories. The firm has been top-ranked in Chambers for the last 19 years and top-ranked by Legal 500 for the last 15.
Fraser is passionate about customer service. This passion has helped build the firm into the best-known legal brand in Scotland.

Fraser won Managing Partner of the Year in 2015. His work was recognised by being included in The Lawyer magazine's top 100 UK lawyers in 2025.
