Anna Black

Anna graduated from Aberdeen University in 2019 with a first class LLB (Hons) and attained her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2020.

She commenced her traineeship in 2021 within a Glasgow-based Law Firm, where she trained primarily in criminal defence and was involved in Scottish Public Inquiry as well as Fatal Accident Inquiry work.

After qualifying in 2023, Anna worked as an interim solicitor within the Economy and Social Protections Division at the Scottish Government. She provided advice in a variety of disability cases and appeals to the First-Tier Tribunal of Scotland.

Anna joined Digby Brown as a Solicitor in 2024 and is part of the Non-Accidental Injury Team based in the Glasgow office.
