Andy graduated from Glasgow University with an LLB in 2017. He completed his legal training with Digby Brown's Glasgow office, qualifying as a solicitor in 2020. In 2023 he became a Senior Solicitor and went on to become an Associate in 2024.
Andy is proud to work with Digby Brown as it allows him to assist clients during what are often very difficult times. Aside from monetary compensation, he hopes that the process of making a claim can provide some much needed closure for his clients. In addition to this, Andy recognises that the firm's no-win no-fee policy ensures every person has access to justice in the complex field of civil litigation, regardless of their financial position.
Andy has a background in general personal injury litigation, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public spaces. He has recently joined Digby Brown’s specialist Foreign and Travel Law Department where he will be focused on assisting foreign nationals injured in Scotland, Scottish nationals injured abroad, as well as package holidays and aviation matters.
Andy is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), and is also a notary public.
