Amy joined Digby Brown in 2012, having graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with an LLB Hons in 2010. She attained her Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow in 2011.
Amy qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and became an Associate in 2018. She works within the firm’s Serious Injury team based in our Glasgow office. Amy deals with brain injury, spinal cord injury and amputation cases. She has experience litigating in the Sheriff Court, All Scotland Specialist Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session.
She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is a Notary Public. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law, and by Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a Senior Litigator. Amy is also certified by the Law Society of Scotland as a as a Trauma-Informed Lawyer and on Legal Technology. She is also a tutor for the CLT Reparation Law Course at CLT Scotland.
